Who do you typically work with?+

Founder-led brands between $2M and $80M ARR, in DTC, considered B2B SaaS, wellness, premium F&B, and creative tools. We're a fit when the founder cares about brand as much as performance.

What does an engagement look like?+

A six-week sprint to set strategy and stand up the system, followed by a retainer (typically 6–18 months) where we run the engine. We can also drop into a single discipline for project work.

How are you priced?+

Retainers start at $18k/mo for a single discipline and $42k/mo for the full stack. We don't take a percentage of media spend — it misaligns incentives.

Where are you based?+

Distributed studio with hubs in Kyoto, Brooklyn, and Lisbon. We work synchronously 4 days a week and async on Fridays.

Do you ever turn projects down?+

Often. We cap at twelve active partners so every brand gets senior attention. If we're full, we'll happily refer you to a peer studio we respect.
